Mandore

Labelled Petrus Merighi fecit Parmae 1767. This type of small lute was easier to carry around than it's larger counterparts. It has a body made from fruitwood, a rose made from parchment and has a fingerboard decorated by two ivory plaques each engraved with a bird.
