Stringed musical instrument with gourd resonator covered in snakeskin (attached by wood pegs); cane neck passing through resonator, with three holes pierced for turned wooden tuning pegs (one remaining). A red earthenware plectrum (in form of notched oblong) is attached to base of neck by cord. A patch of adhesive on resonator, originally with mirror glass attached. Originally with metal wire strings (none remaining ).
