Small metal (brass?) harness ornament with bell; at the top an eagle with outstretched wings, the feet extending into a ring with a small bell hung inside from a nail. Incised lines on eagle wings, face, and at outer sides of central circle. Screw bolt at base and fitting with two attachment holes.
