Whistle or ocarina; ceramic; mouth-piece in the form of a thick fish-tail, with an oval hole pierced through the centre; hand-made, possibly made by rolling a sausage of clay, attaching a thin stick, adding on a finer clay coating, pinching the fish-tail, allowing to harden, withdrawing the stick and firing; light finger impressions; fired to light reddish brown; one end broken, tail slightly chipped.
