Drum made of a single piece of wood. Waisted with a handle cut from the solid. The sides of the handle and lower part of the drum have designs carved in relief, painted with red, white and dark brown pigment. There is a loop of plaited leaf(?) around the handle, and a loop of fibre threaded through a drilled hole at the botton of the drum. The membrane is missing.
