Slit-drum made of wood. Cylindrical drum with central rectangular slit. Drum surmounted by carved human head with slightly upturned nose and pronounced eyes, mouth and ears. Elaborate hairstyle has central crest with seven brass tacks fixed to it. Vertical scarification marks on cheeks.
