gajde
Bagpipes ('gajda'), formed of a goatskin bag with hair on the outside (a), with head reconstructed over a horn base, chanter (f), drone in three parts (b-d) and blowpipe (e). The pipes made of lathe-turned wood and horn and fitted with horn sockets or stocks. The blowpipe fitted into the goat's right leg, the drone in the left. The head re-sewn around the fittings and the glass eyes. The chanter has a bamboo reed; the reed for the drone does not survive.
