French horn

French Horn; This valveless French horn was used by Kelvin in his class demonstrations of acoustics. He was a founder member of the Cambridge University Music Society and used a variety of instruments in acoustical and other demonstrations. The instrument is fitted with a 'G' extension.. There are four other extant extensions: ' F', 'Eb', 'C', and 'B'.
