back: flat, angled at shoulder, of 2 pieces of irregularly marked sycamore; golden brown varnish. Belly: slightly arched, flattening at edge, of 2 pieces of pine; C-holes (64) with single notches at midside; ribs: of similar wood to the back. Inside: lined with ?parchment. Length 610, body 310, width 150 / 180 / 182, depth 36 / 46
