stick: concave, rather thick but not heavy brazil-wood, cut octagonal for the first third, then round to a hatchet-head; frog ivory, unlined, without slide or ferrule, but a flange; end-curved; screw: iron; eye: brass; adjuster: a flattened nob in ivory; length 725, hair 605, diameter at frog 9.0, diameter at head 5.0, weight 50.4 gr.
