stick: pernambuco, octagonal for a quarter of its length, with unlined 'semi-pike' head; frog: yellowed ivory, open, without eye, slide or ferrule; slightly concave sides, rounded heel, a plain arch cut out at front; screw: iron; eye: brass; adjuster: cylinder of ivory with round disc at end; length 695, hair 532, diameter at frog 16.0, diameter at head 11.0, weight 149.2 gr.
