Technical description: Red varnished maple or cocus with german silver ferrules and keywork. Five pieces: mouthpiece, curved metal crook, upper section, lower section and bell. Original mouthpiece, german model, grooved for cord with 24grooves. Upper section: Plate on thumb-hole, because it is too wide to be covered by the thumb. Twin hole for speaker key and one vent key for a better intonation of throat B♭. Two throatA♭ keys to offer the player the English fingering (L2) or the Continental (L1). Additional side key for E♭₄/B♭₅. Plate for L3, because the tone-hole is to wide to be covered by the third finger. Plate on R1, because the tone-hole is too far away from R2.
