Technical description: Brass; with clapper key. Shank for B♭ only. Valve type: 3 Stölzel valves with spring inside sleeve; alignment by key on sleeve, and square stem; metal partitions. Repair History: The shank for B♭ is a modern replacement: the original could be expected to have had a minimum bore of c11.1.
