Technical description: Rosewood; 4 sections; silver keys; ivory mouthpiece, ferrules and studs (where not replaced by keymounts); 6 finger-holes, top one containing ebony plug, no thumb-hole; two-part wind-cap. L0: B♭. L1: T; 'new' C. L2: T. L3: T. L4: G♯. R0:, R1: T. R2: T. R3: T; F. R4: D♯; low C♯. Keymount type: knob. Keyhead type: flat octagonal, with round flat (open-standing) for low C♯.
