Quarter-size violin.
Technical description: One-quarter size violin. Top arch 11.5, bottom arch 11.5. Spruce soundboard, ; sycamore back, ribs, neck, head; ebony fingerboard, tailpiece, pegs, endpin, tail-gut saddle. Soundboard jointed at centre, well bookmatched. Well cut f-holes. ebony/sycamore/ebony purfling, the black strips wider than the central light strip. Back, sides and neck have nicely figured, fairly deep, wide figure. 2 piece back, figure up at the centre, down at the edges. Rib figure is up at the back, down at the front (on the bass side). Golden varnish. Neck length 101; fingerboard length 208.5, width at nut 20.4, at bottom 34.4.
