Concertina.
Technical description: 12-sided black lacquered wooden ends with metal button plates. Wooden palm rests, ivory thumb rests and leather hand straps. 25 buttons for left hand, 31 for right. Bellows covered with black leather. Left hand end with cloth covered collar with adjustable screw and D ring. Compass C₃ to E₆.
