Technical description: Hardwood barrel-shaped mallet head of length 62 with felt on one face and evidence of leather having been glued to other end; handle of cane of diameter 8 with a wooden end-piece having a steel ring fitted with a short rope loop. Total mass 69g; head mass 54g (78%).
