Ballad horn. Nominal pitch: C / B♭.
Technical description: Silver-plated brass. Circular form with downwards-directed bell. 3-valve compensating system. With shank for C and crook for B♭. Valve type: 3 Périnet-type valves, top-sprung with spring outside valve stem; alignment by key on piston. Repair History: Legs of main tuning-slide extended to lower pitch, total addition to sounding length 68mm.
