Technical description: Cocus; 3 sections (body in one piece); german silver keys; 4 german silver ferrules; tuning-slide; screw-stopper; oval embouchure-hole; metal upper tenon (lengthened to form tuning-slide); overlapping low C/C♯ touches (positioned over D hole cover). L0: B♭. L1: B. L2: A. L3: PL-G. L4: G♯; long F. R1: F♯; C. R2: E. R3: PL-D; cross F. R4: D♯; low C♯; low C. Keymount type: rod/pillar. Keyhead type: cylinder cup with leaf springs for normal 8 keys, except for cross F which has needle spring; concave cylinder cover plates, with needle springs, for covered action.
