Speaker hole at the front of the instrument, interesting and ingenious way of action. Double tone-holes for C♯₃/G♯₅. Throat A♭-side-key presumably for R1. Brass tube in thumb-hole. Adjustable levers for L4 (indicating that there were corps de rechange for this instrument), tone-hole and key for R4 mounted in a fusiform swelling. Set with (4697). L0: T; speaker.
