Original mouthpiece not grooved for cord. Barrel with brass tuning slide. Concealed ring operating speaker key. Brass tube in thumb-hole. All tone-holes under keys lined with brass. Levers for L4, tone-hole and key for R4 mounted in a partly fusiform swelling. Extendable L4keys. Very delicate keywork. End pivoted F₃/C₅. Whole instrument pinned to strengthen it. 13keys.
