Technical description: Maple with brass keywork. Lower section only of a bass clarinet extending to low C. Four thumb keys in line, the lowest three with rollers. It may have come from the Stecher workshop. End pivoted F₃/C₅. L4: E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅. R0: E♭₃; D₃; C♯₃; C₃. R1: T. R2: T. R3: T; B♭₃/F♮₅; side B♮₃/F♯₅. R4: F₃/C₅; G♯₃/E♭₅. Keymount type: screwed in pillars with push pins. Keyhead type: salt spoon
