Natural trumpet in Eb, Nominal pitch: 6½-ft E♭.
Technical description: Brass; proximal yard passes through cutaway channel in middle section of ball; distal bow wired to bell near rim; mouthpiece receiver sheath and original ferrules approximately of equal length (120-122mm). Repair History: The instrument may have been shortened by cuts in all three yards now covered by plain ferrules; there are two patches on the bell and one on the proximal bow.
