Zither

Body of ebonised pine. Sound-hole decorated with coloured transfer-printed design around the outer edge. Scale, across width of body, also a coloured transfer print. Thirty-one steel strings, modern replacements (1993), held by steel wrestpins. Three brass ball feet on the base.
