Autoharp

Wooden box construction with central sound hole, wooden bridge with 12 cord dampers, 32 brassed-steel strings across instrument, gilded and silvered decoration in floral patterns and musical designs, flowers on main floral decoration being blue and green. Two angled metal plates used to repair instrument. Used by David Albert Nash, 1930-1940 (circa).
