Technical description: Brass with silver shank/crook receiver sheath, ferrules, slide mechanism, garland and ball; gilded bell interior. The bell flare is similar to that of (462) but not that of (466). First yard passes through channel in ball; distal bow soldered to garland. Slide proximal leg has moving outer; distal leg has moving inner; clockspring slide return mechanism with double spring box.; Nominal pitch: F etc.; ; ; ; ; Usable pitch: Probably built for use at circa A?=|452.4|Hz with a curved bit.;
