This Esten model 1290 classical guitar has a hardwood neck – most likely of mahogany – and a back and sides of mahogany. The top is of spruce, and the bridge and fingerboard are of rosewood, the latter being dyed to appear like ebony. The headstock has an ornate carving in a leaves and flower design. Eston is the house brand of Australian distributor Rose Music.
