Natural trumpet in E-flat

Single-coiled natural trumpet made entirely of sterling silver. Higham-Premier model with solid (soldered) joints and main tuning slide at proximal bow. The distal bow is soldered to the bell. Each bow has a pronounced solid reinforcement guard. The mouthpipe ferrule has a small ring plate for a mouthpiece chain. Nominal pitch: 6-1/2-foot E-flat. This instrument was part of a set used by the Household Cavalry until 1965.
