No painting; metal impressed with maker’s name Henry Potter, London, date and serial number; four cord tensioners and four pulleys on upper hoop; eight plain wheel runner pulleys on lower hoop; hoops painted blue outside with red edge and white worm and white inside with red edge and blue worm; white blancoed cord; eight snares.
