Kettledrum

Kettle drum, 1909; used by the 19th (Alexandra Princess of Wales’s Own) Hussars; hemispherical aluminium shell, bearing relief decoration including regimental name, battle honours and manufacturer’s mark, C W and S; three legs protrude from brackets fixed to the underside and joined in the middle to form a tripod, painted red.
