Bugle

Chinese bugle, Korean War (1950-1953), 1951. During Chinese attacks on British positions they accompanied themselves with bugle calls, yells and screams in a bid to unsettle the defenders. This particular bugle was recovered by C Company, 1st Battalion The Middlesex Regiment (Duke of Cambridge’s Own) after a Chinese attack near Yoju in February 1951.
