Technical description: Back of 11 alternating light and dark wood staves; alternating ebony and mother-of-pearl edging to table and key box lid. 6 strings (two melody passing through key box, 2 drones on either side). 23 keys (13 lower with dark wood touchpieces and 10 upper with ivory or bone touchpieces). Ivory or bone fittings for wheel cover. Fragments of gut string remain.
