Agwara
This instrument was collected in the field by Christopher Powell-Cotton. It is a long side-blown horn or trumpet, built from carved dark wood wrapped in rawhide strips (or reptile skin?). It has a raised mouth-hole and a conical bell flare. Six strips of rawhide were cross-laced on the back, some of which have bronze jingles at their loose distal ends.
