Bugle

British Service bugle, made principally from copper, with brass around edge of bell and also the mouthpiece and the bands around the handle tubing. The top of the bell of the bugle is engraved with the following inscription ' WR. G. LAWRIE GLASGOW EDINR & LONDON MAKERS 1917 REGAL REGd' with British Service arrow. There are small dents and marks all over the surface on the handle section, which is also suffering from active corrosion, particularly underneath the brass bands and inside the bell.
