Fife. Boxwood body. Brass ferrules with decorative turning. Six tone holes. Conical bore. Two joints. String lapped tenon. End of head joint not closed but stopped, possibly with cork. Head joint stamped: 4/KEY/LONDON; Body joint stamped: 4; a unicorn's head emblem appears beneath both inscriptions.
