Reedpipe
Aulos, reedpipe. Replica of an ancient Greek wind instrument. The wooden body plugged at one end with cork. There are five fingerholes and a thumbhole on the dorsal side between the level of the 1st and 2nd fingerholes. An adhered paper label has in D.J. Blaikley's hand: '49. REPLICA/OF GREEK/PIPES IN BRIT/...'S' (possibly 'British Museum')
