Transverse flute. Boxwood. Four joints. Ivory ferrules and end cap. One silver key, block mounted with a flat square flap and leather pad. Waxed string lapped tenons. Head joint is stamped with unicorn emblem and inscription: C.GEROCK/79/CORNHILL La/LONDON; Upper joint, lower joint and foot joint are each stamped: C.GEROCK/LONDON
