Description One gadulka fiddle bow, Bulgaria, Arbanassi region, circa 1985, purchased with a gadulka (Horniman Museum number 2012.159.1) from a market stall in Arbanassi, Bulgaria on 8th June 1994. The outcurved bow is made of a curved stick. The horsehair string is tightly bound to the bow with cloth and thread.
