Duct flute; flaviol
Flaviol, duct flute. The boxwood body tapers towards the distal end. The proximal end is flush with the wooden block, and there is a crescent-shaped duct or windway. The mouth or window is rectangular. There are five round equally spaced finger holes, and two thumb holes.
