Violin
An eighth-size violin. The soundboard of pine, the back, ribs and head of maple. The back and soundboard are both made from one piece of wood and are inlaid with double purfling. The pegs and fingerboard are of ebony. The tailpiece is metal and secured to the ebony endpin with a gut cord. The label is inscribed 'Breton Breveté de S.A.R. Me'.
