English-system concertina. Flat rosewood ends, 6.06in/154mm across parallel sides, with foliate fretwork. 48 buttons: 24 each side. Ivory with black accidentals, stamped and bushed. Round-end brass reeds. Four-fold green leather bellows with gold star and blue hexagon papers, silk reinforced on lower sides. Green leather straps with nickel screws. Label absent. Serial number 426.
