Square-end nickel reeds. Four-fold green leather bellows, silk reinforced at base, with gold star papers with blue hexagon pattern. Straps absent, two nickel screws. Scalloped paper label: 'George Case, Manufacturer & Professor of the Concertina, 32 New Bond St, (Late Joseph Scates), London’. Serial number: 110.
