English-system concertina. Flat rosewood ends, 6in/152mm across parallel sides, with simple fretwork. 48 ivory buttons, black accidentals, stamped. Round-end steel reeds. Four-fold green leather bellows with gold star papers. Later red leather straps with nickel screws. Oval scalloped paper label: 'Patent concertina by George Case, Boosey & Sons, Holles St, London.' Serial numbers: end 3020, side 2794.
