Home-made concertina, Anglo-German system. Flat nickel ends, 2.63in/67mm across parallel sides, flush to edge, with fancy frets. 8 flat bone buttons: 4 each side. Round-end steel reeds, tongues from a professionally made instrument. Bellows absent. Thumb loops of brown leather, and nickel finger rests on lower side. Oval label engraving on right-hand: 'Arthur J Woodley', and on left-hand: 'Tiny Tim.' No serial number.
