Accordeon. Rosewood veneer ends, 12.5x4.69in/318x119mm, fully inlaid with floral marquetry and purfling. Right-hand has two rows of pearl keys (10+9) plus two brass palm levers, and 21 round pearl pallets. Left-hand has large brass spoon air lever with one articulated brass valve. Brass reed beds and tongues. 4-fold green leather-edged bellows. Dainty paper labels on bellows: 'Concertinas, Flutinas and Accordeons, J Cruickshank, teacher, 35 St Nicholas St, Aberdeen', under which is another blue oval label: 'Jas Cruickshank, teacher of Accordian and Flutina, 86 George St Aberdeen'. Serial number: 802.
