Melodeon, diatonic button accordion. Black painted wood ends, 10.25x5.5in/260x140mm. Right-hand has 10 metal-tipped wood buttons and open black wood pallets. Left-hand has 2 bass keys and 1 air button. Brass reeds. 11-fold bellows: including 3 thick folds, metal edged; gold star papers. Right-hand leather thumb strap, left-hand fabric thumb strap. Corner metals are stamped: 'Mayenburg's Triumph Accordeon, Trademark [hammer], made in Germany'. Bellows stamped: 'Double Organ'. No serial number.
