Side-blown trumpet
Side-blown trumpet. A wooden tube. The proximal end is closed and conical. Below this an elliptical mouth hole is cut into the side of the instrument. The main body is cylindrical down to the bell, which accounts for about one third of the length and is evenly conical. The entire surface is wrapped anticlockwise from top to bottom in snakeskin and decorative wire.
