Concertina
Anglo-German concertina, double reeded. Flat, light varnished wood ends, 6.5in/165mm across parallel sides, with simple frets. 23 bone-tipped wood buttons, glued to levers: 10 + 1 register each side + 1 air. Reeds riveted to single reed plates. 8-fold green leather bellows with gold star papers, with gilt embossed band around frames. Left-hand frame deeper than right-hand. Left-hand leather straps, right-hand straps later, with original brass buckles. No label or serial number.
