Concertina
Anglo-German system concertina. Flat rosewood veneer ends, 6.5in/165mm across parallel sides, fully fretted. 29 bone-tipped buttons: 14 each side + 1 air, glued via leather pivots onto shaped wooden levers. Reeds riveted to single reed plates. Reed plates with leather seals. 6-fold green leather bellows with gold star papers. Later straps with brass securing pins. Damaged paper label with coloured swan and 'Semper Su'. Right-hand stamp: 'Orhwells [?] Fabrik, Registered W.' Right-hand silver side stamp: 'Made in Germany'. No serial number.
