Anglo-German system concertina. Flat ends, veneered with plastic imitation tortoiseshell, 7.06in/179mm across parallel sides; simple frets with muslin backing. 21 plastic-tipped wood buttons, glued to levers: 10 each side + 1 air, 6 right-hand replaced. Reeds riveted to single reed plates. 8-fold mottled paper bellows with gold-on-cream fleur de lys papers. Black leather straps with steel pins. No label or serial number.
